• Aluminium Alloy Grilles - Shutters both attractive and practical, the Aluminium Grille is designed to provide an optimum balance of security and visibility, ideal for installations where the closure interferes only marginally with vision, ventilation and light. Used extensively on counters, bars and kiosks and for individual shop fronts particularly in enclosed shopping precincts and other applications where architects wish to combine smart appearance with efficient performance
  
  
  
• Roller Shutter Doors - Bifold Rolfe's roller shutter doors are generally constructed of galvanised 3" curly lath, interlocked together and retained by pressed steel end locks. Doors can be used Internally/externally or between walls fixed operating options include - Push up/haul chain or three/single phase motor.
  
  
• Security Shutter Doors - Bifold Rolfe's security shutters Generally constructed of a double walled extended aluminium 38mm deep lath interlocked together & retained by nylon end locks. All shutters complete with canopies & come in polyester powder coating finish white as standard options include Push up/Rod crank, Tape and electric operation.
  
  
• Fire Shutter Doors - Bifold Rolfe's fire shutters are suitable for all applications with at least 350mm headroom and up to 7 metres wide by 7 metres high. Mainly used for complementation of warehouses, kitchens and large commercial premises such as airports. All fire shutters have been successfully tested to BS476 Part: 22 : 1987 at Warrington Research Centre to 1, 2, and 4 hour.
  
  
• Fire Curtains - Bifold Rolfe's fire Flameshield fire curtains are designed for fire compartmentation. Discreet and lightweight - yet with a level of performance equivalent to fire shutters - the Flameshield fire curtain is housed in a small unobtrusive box, which can be mounted in a ceiling void. All fire curtains have been successfully tested at Warrington Fire Research Centre WARRES No 165694, the test is in accordance with clause 8 of BS476 part 22:1987.
  
  
• Hinged Fire / Security Doors - Bifold Rolfe's steel door sets are designed/manufactured to give a robust solution to all commercial/retail applications as well as achieving a 120 minute fire rating. Generally used for fire exit and security door applications our range of doors offer an economical and durable solution to all personnel door applications.
  
  
• Insulated Roller Shutters - Bifold Rolfe's Insulated roller shutters are ideal for situations where energy conservation and protection against the elements, extreme noise and a high level of security are a primary consideration, such as, Warehouses, Distribution centres, Garages/Factories, Equipment noise partitioning, Paint spray booths, Maintenance buildings, Storage facilities and Car ports
  
  
• Insulated Sectional Doors - Bifold Rolfe's insulated sectional doors are generally constructed of a 40mm insulated panel with Plastisol or PVF2 external finish and white stucco internal finish. Complete with bottom weather seal/side seals and top seals as standard. Operating options include push up/haul chain or three/single phase electric motor. lifting system include standard lift/high lift or vertical lift. Extras include Vision panel/wicket gate.
  
  
• Insulated Sliding folding Doors - Bifold Rolfe's Insulated Sliding doors are ideal for opening up to 30 metres wide x 7 metres high, suitable for industrial and commercial applications. These doors are especially suitable for low headroom application requiring only 200mm. Each panel can be fabricated to a width of 1200mm and are finished in a wide range of Plastisol or painted RAL colours.
  
  
• Folding Leaf Doors - Bifold Rolfe's folding leaf doors are generally constructed of a galvanized 300mm 20swg interlocking leaves with galvanized outside hinge strip & internal pickets all supported by internal lattice work. Type bi-parting or single stack complete with a bottom channel & top track with hasp & staple locking as standard.
  
  
• Open Lathe Shutters - A variation of our BiFold Rolfe's Solid Lath Shutter and basically possessing the same qualities the Open Lath Shutter is suitable for many applications where security, vision and ventilation are important factors. Used for counters, bars and kiosks the rectangular cut outs can be positioned to suit the individual requirements of the user.
  
  
• Plastic Grille Shutters - BiFold Rolfe's attractive design of the Plastic Grille will harmonise with most styles of architechrre and interior decoration. Although having a wide application it is most suitable where pilfer proof protection is required without sacrificing light, vision or ventilation. The Plastic Grille has proved extremely popular for counters, bars and kiosks and for individual shop and stall fronts particularly in enclosed shopping precincts.
  
  
• Rapid Roll - High Speed Doors - Bifold Rolfe's high speed doors are designed for applications where they will receive intensive use. Because of their operating speed, they dramatically reduce your energy CO2 costs, and draughts, also temperature loss as well as optimising traffic flow. We offer three types of Rapid roll High speed doors, they are instant roll doors, instant pass doors and instant pass doors.
  
  
• Rapid Roll - Instant Roll - Bifold Rolfe's Instant roll door are designed primarily for internal applications or where wind or air pressure is minimal. The Instant Roll door structure is manufactured from galvanised steel and powder coated in a range of standard colours.
  
  
• Rapid Roll - Instant Pass - Bifold Rolfe's Instant pass high speed folding door are ideal for use on external walls, particularly on exposed sites where it can comfortably withstand bad weather conditions and high winds.
  
  
• Rapid Roll - Mini Roll - Bifold Rolfe's Mini roll door are for internal use only. The Mini roll door structure is manufactured from a combination of galvanised sheet steel and aluminium extrusions which are powder coated in a range of standard colours. The 80mm wide guide ensure this door is unobtrusive when installed in office or commercial environments.
  
  
• Solid Lath Shutters - BiFold Rolfe's Solid Lath Shutter is an extension of the well proven and successful range of commercial vehicle shutters re-designed and produced to suit the requirements of the shop fitting industry. Ideal for most applications and widely used on shop fronts, counters etc. Where security is the principal consideration, the Solid Lath Shutter has a plain but attractive appearance and can provide the finishing touch to a variety of situations.
  
  
• Automatic Doors - Bifold Rolfe's offer four types of Automatic door, Swing, Sliding, Telescopic and Bifolding. The glazed automatic sliding and swing doors are ideally suited for commercial and retail applications. Due to the discrimination  & disability act 1995 these doors are also widely used in the public sector such as schools and libraries etc.
  
  
• Garage Doors - Bifold Rolfe's garage doors are generally constructed of ultra strong interlocking lath filled with a solid a CFC-free insulating polyurethane foam and protected by a multiple layer of special extreme weather coating in a choice of colours that are maintenance free and will never need painting.
  
  
• Bifolding Doors - Bifold Rolfe's insulated Bi-folding Doors are ideal for opening up to 4.5 metres wide x 4.5 metres high, suitable for industrial and commercial applications. These doors are especially suitable for low headroom application requiring only 200mm. Each panel can be fabricated to a width of 1200mm and are finished in a wide range of Plastisol or painted RAL colours. These doors are supported by a top hanging system and guided at the bottom.
  
  
• Loading - Bifold Rolfe' offer several types of levellers Radius Lip Dock Levelers connects dock and truck bed enabling forklift truck to have direct access to the lorry. Telescopic Lip Dock Levelers where the lip extends to connect vehicles that cannot approach the dock.
